Weekend visitors

This weekend was a very productive one. We got a lot done around the house that needed to be done. We also had visitors (my dad) which hasn't happened in a long time. It felt good.  I'm finally starting to feel like I am back in a groove. Well starting to anyway. 

I'm writing this year off and not feeling bad for all the things I wanted to do and never got around to. I mean, what's more important: hanging pictures on the walls, crafting, hiking? Or living life at a newborns pace, nursing and sustaining life, spending hours cuddling my sleeping angel and being present in every moment In my new baby's first year of life? I choose the latter. But this weekend! It was grand. Fun. Beautiful. and full of family. Here's a recap.

This has been a long time coming. I've had people (mainly my sister Lindsay) asking when when I was going to start a blog. Well here it is. I was worried nobody would find it interesting, what I have to say. This blog will mainly be small glimpses into our lives. Homeschooling, adventures, travels, raising boys all while under the California sun. Enjoy, and if you do please comment and let me know.
